HUNTING
Deer
Our deer herd is outstanding due to extensive practice of QDM. We have nearly 800 acres of land to hunt. It is very diverse, changing from open corn and clover fields to large oak timber and thick brush. Our stands mainly consist of tree stands, but many times hunting in between a few large bales of hay, in a wide open field prove very rewarding.
Rifle and Black powder Seasons
$2,500 includes transferable deer tags as part of a package with lodging, some meals, limited transportation, a great place to hunt, and the best hospitality anywhere.
Archery
$1,000 per week. Includes lodge and a place to hunt. Must obtain your own tag. |

Ducks
Iron Gate is located in a major local flyway with a good to excellent flight of birds in most years. We have deep water to hunt when the potholes are frozen over as well as the shallow water that mallards love.
Lodging is available for most of the season. $3,000 includes access to 125 acres of water for the entire season.

Predator and Squirrel
We have outstanding numbers of squirrels for a late summer hunt. $500 per hunter per week. Includes lodge and a place to hunt. Hunts only upon availability.
Turkey
We have a lot of turkey to hunt in our area. We only offer the spring season. $500 per week, per hunter includes lodge and a place to hunt.
